Hi everyone , Regardless of whether you are a novice or professional rider this sequence of activation exercises and stretches will help improve the movement patterns for your cycling. Add this routine before and/or after you cycle.Designed to improve biomechanics, neural enhancement, mobility and control in accordance to “K-Theorem” by Kusal Goonewardena. (What is K-Theorem? Watch this video with Kusal explaining the principles for injury, rehab & performance ) How Often? Do it daily when you ride. Before and after the ride for ongoing results. If unsure whether to start this program – speak to your treating physician first. If you have an injury or pain persists then speak to your treating physician as soon as possible.
