Exercise Tips for the Christmas Period
This segment is ideal for the festive season. We are often prone to over-complicating things when it comes to exercise; we rush out to invest in new equipment for the latest fitness craze. 
 
Here are some tips that are discussed to keep things simple. 
 
Keep moving (we are 50-70% fluid). We were designed to move.
 
Change up your intensities – if you normally walk at a perceived intensity of 6/10 then boost it up to 8/10 for a few minutes to give yourself a challenge (your brain likes this and will respond by helping your heart, lungs and muscles).
 
The motto for 2023: Fitter, Smarter, Happier. Yes, the research is showing that if you exercise you will become smarter. A solid by-product of exercise!
