Her client-centred approach focuses on skill, knowledge and confidence development to provide you with sustainable results. 

Lisa’s training includes a Bachelor of Food & Nutrition Science as well as her Masters in Dietetics from Deakin University. Lisa then went on to advance her understanding of Sports Nutrition, completing the Sports Nutrition Course with Sports Dietitians Australia at the AIS. Lisa is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Accredited Sports Dietitian and Nutritionist. She currently practices in the areas of sports nutrition, eating behaviour, eating disorders and education. Lisa is a weight-inclusive Dietitian and is passionate about supporting all humans to live a fulfilled life including freedom and confidence with food choices. Lisa has never been one to shy away from advocating for equal and inclusive health care for every client. 

Lisa shares her passion for sports nutrition through teaching students at Deakin University. She has demonstrated her ability to translate the science to practice at the North Melbourne Football Club for AFL, AFLW & VFL athletes. Her love of team sports has led to coordinating a local netball club, focusing on women’s engagement in sport, keeping them active and socialising. Lisa works for Monash Health Community and specialises in eating disorders, mental health and nutrition for growth & development. She is known for her strong sense of teamwork both with members of the medical team and her clients to deliver results.
